Municipal Contract Management in the ACMB Era

À propos de la formation

The Act respecting contracting by municipal bodies (ACMB) has brought legislative changes that will directly influence municipalities’ practices, responsibilities, and necessary instincts at every stage of the contracting process, from planning to monitoring execution.

This training offers a comprehensive, structured review of the contracting process, with a focus on the essential elements to understand in light of the new legal framework: obligations, leeway, risks, and best practices. It also provides concrete tools to support tendering managers in preparing, drafting, and managing contracts.

Even if you have taken similar training in recent years, this update is essential in order to fully understand the changes brought about by the ACMB, update your practices, and ensure your processes comply with the new legal requirements.

Led by an expert contract management lawyer and an experienced director general, this training will provide insight into the many different aspects of contract management

This project is made possible through funding from the Secrétariat aux relations avec les Québécois d’expression anglaise.
