Ms. Cain frequently drafts legal opinions on various subjects in municipal and environmental law, in addition to pleading before the various judicial, quasi-judicial, and administrative bodies in Québec. Finally, she collaborates with several municipal organizations to offer training to elected officials and municipal officers and prepares communications for municipal clients.
