Description
The Act respecting French, the official and common language of Québec (Bill 96) was assented on June 1, 2022. Since its assent, some changes introduced by Bill 96 have already come into effect while other provisions will gradually come into effect. This webinar will provide an overview of the main changes introduced by this law and will address the issues related to their application.
This course is a summary of the law as of October 27, 2022, and does not account for recent legislative changes related to Québec’s language policy or the obligations resulting from the implementing regulations of the Charter of the French Language. We recommend that you refer to the full text of the laws and regulations cited at all times.
La formation est financée par le Secrétariat aux relations avec les Québécois d’expression anglaise.
