Course description
Are you involved in your municipality’s contract management process? This course reviews the process from planning contracts to overseeing their execution. It also provides tips and tricks, as well as important basic information about the legal aspects of this area of municipal management. Finally, it provides tools to help tendering managers prepare, draft, and manage contracts.
